Pork Butt.

Had a 22 lb pork butt. Cut into 2 11 lb pieces. Smoked together for 17 hrs .
Pulled at 195, wrapped in foil then wrapped in towel. Placed in cooler for 2 hours. Used Apple wood , on my 3 D .
