I'm new to this- so you all may already know this. I only found out last night (while trying to achieve a decent turkey breast) that the stupid pop-up timer doesn't pop until an internal temp of 180-185. So... While I was trying to get 165... My wife kept insisting that the timer has to pop up or it's not done.
Needless to say... My meal was less than decent. Actually, the entire thing will be turned into pot-pie later this week.
