Hi there!!
« on: April 29, 2016, 12:58:36 PM »
Hey everyone, my name's laura!  I've had a few smokers in the past and really enjoy smoking different foods. I have researched the S.I. brand smoker and decided to give it a whirl. I placed my order this mourning for a #2 with lid controller. I can't wait to try it out. We catch Kokanee salmon and I'm going to be smoking alot of that in the near future.

Welcome Laura!  I smoked several salmon fillets this winter and it could not have been any easier with these great smokers, you're gonna love it!  I did buy some alder wood to smoke the salmon with and it was delicious!  There are a lot of good threads in the fish section on smoking salmon so let us know how yours turns out!
