Dirty Fries

I took the smoked brisket that I made today and went a little carnival eats with it.  Made a batch of garlic fries, added brisket, grated cheese and popped under the broiler.  Served it with a bbq sauce aioli.  You guys gotta try this!

Good eats all around!  :) Can you imagine what a weekend would smell like in the neighborhood with everyone in the same local? I just can't deal with the mosquitoes and humidity Jason....  :o

They would be able to see the smoke screen from the space station! Probably smell the Q from there too!
