Pizza Night
« on: February 04, 2016, 07:41:25 PM »
Since my wife is a grill junkie like I am, she wanted to cook some pizzas on the new pellet grill tonight. She made her usual brown butter, lobster, bacon and spinach pizza and I made a not too special bbq chicken pizza. I didn't put ANY effort into making it look good, I just wanted to get it over with, lol.

I got the grill up to its max temp and put a pizza stone in there to get nice and toasty

Hers

I cooked up a few boneless breasts on the other pellet grill (so it wouldn't feel jealous!)

Mine

It did a fair job, I don't think the Kegs have anything to worry about but it least it shows it can be done!

Indeed I have! Jason's Pizza Dough
