Whole chicken

Didn't have time to brine as this was a short notice idea. Beer can chicken using pumpkin ale, cherry wood, 250 for about 4 hours. Delicious and plenty of leftovers.

Looks good, but what happened to the top?  Looks like you chopped it off flat! lol!  I'm sure it's just the pic. ;)

Ha! It danced right in my belly! Must've been a wierd camera angle making the top look flat. Tasted great though even if it does look like it's ready to do the chicken dance :)
