Losing my 3D Virginity

Followed a basic recipe with some twists from the forum. Running at 235 for 5 Hours. Will post pics.

wait - will do. Was going to check them at 4 hour mark. Do you put a thermometer in your ribs ? I have attempted over fire but wasn't really successful.

You don't need to use a therm for ribs.  I go 5 to 5.5 hours for BB ribs, and check them at 4.5 hours when I apply some BBQ sauce for the last hour in the smoker.   At 4.5 hours, I usually see the meat pulling back from the bone.

Hey guys. Here is the finished product. They were incredible, thank you for all the help. This forum is really great as well as the product. So pleased with my purchase. On to the brisket. Or maybe a rib eye roast.
