1st turkey brine
« on: December 16, 2015, 07:34:04 PM »
I'm going to smoke a 12 lbs turkey this Saturday and was looking for a good turkey brine recipe. Also how long should it soak in the brine? Thanks guys!

Here's my All-Purpose Poultry Brine.  I brine turkey about 1 hour per pound.

12-13 hours should be great, for that size bird.
