Meatloaf in the SI is a must make if you have not tried it.

1 lb beef
1 lb sausage

2 eggs
bread broken up (4 pieces)
milk

Spice as you like, italian season, rub, garlic, pepper

Onion, green pepper, carrots sauteed

225 degrees until 160 degrees.

Which took me a long 3 hours.........................

I stuffed these with garlic cheese from a butcher shop trip, made the dish!

Sandwiches tomorrow!

Looking good, John!   I tried the muffin meatloaf recipe from Jeff Phillips a while back, but your pic has me thinking I need to make them again soon!

Use any of "jeffs" recipes as a guide.  I do the muffin version or I can tuck cheese inside.
