Problems with reaching company

I called on Friday, Sept 19th and again today. I left messages both times and called several times today and have not been able to reach anyone. Is the office closed on Fridays and Mondays? Is this normal? What happens if you have a smoker issue? I have been excited about asking some questions and placing an order but the lack of being able to contact someone has me concerned. Anyone else experience problems trying to contact a person?

I have even spoken to them on weekends, so this is not the norm.

Joe, I agree with Greg. They are usually very responsive so I think it is a fluke.

Sorry to hear your problem, Joe.  Steve is actually out of the country for a few days, but will be back soon.  You can email him, and he'll get to you.  But, like has been said, shoot us your questions and I bet we can get them answered for you!
