help with Dorado / mahi mahi

I have a whole bunch of this stuff and I was wondering if anybody can help me with the brine and how to smoke some.

Hey Bart, I found several recipes by doing a google search. I know when was stationed in Hawaii I had eaten this before and is really tasty. It was just grilled so not sure how you would do it in the smoker. But, this recipe sounds like the flavor I remember.
