Brisket Fajitas (What to do with leftover brisket)

For dinner tonight we had brisket fajitas.

Ingredients:
12 oz. brisket
Flour tortillas
Grilled onions and sweet peppers
Re-fried beans
Guacamole mixed with sour cream
Hot sauce

Grilled or soft microwave shells?

I have to make more of this at home with leftover pork.  I'm a sucker for the McD's bfast burritos while on the road!

Grilled or soft microwave shells?

I have to make more of this at home with leftover pork.  I'm a sucker for the McD's bfast burritos while on the road!

Grilled just a bit to firm up the shell and add flavor.

I do this with pulled pork as well-works great.

I LOVE pulled pork in a tortilla with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing - a ruben burrito!
