Pam Anderson Chicken a.k.a. Silicone Chicken

I am always looking for new ways to do things and decided on the spot to surprise my wife by cooking a chicken with a lemon cut in half and placed under the skin to essentially give the chicken some "enhancements" if you will ;D

The result was very tasty and moist roasted chicken with a lemon herb taste that was quite nice paired with the hickory/apple smoke that my little Traeger imparted on it.

On the Traeger

Chillin' on a tray, looking good :P

Served with broccoli cheddar bake, mashed cauliflower and sauteed green beans (Low carb dinner!)

Thanks for looking, more to come!!
