I thought I would post some photos of unboxing the smoker to the seasoning.

P.S. The Smoker comes double boxed and weighs in at 82 lbs.

Here they are!

Hey Moonz,

No my wings I normally just coat with oil and jerk seasoning and then marinate for 6-24 hours.

This will be my first test with the new smoker, so I am going for 2 hour smoke and finish on the grill or in the oven.
