Coleslaw
Dressing:
•   ½ cup Kraft mayonnaise
•   1/3 cup sugar
•   1/3 cup half and half
•   2 ½ T lemon juice
•   1 T apple cider vinegar
•   ½ t sea salt
•   1/8 t ground pepper
•   ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
•   1 T light olive oil
•   1/8 t celery seed
Slaw:
•   1 - 10 oz package of chopped coleslaw (I use Dole’s angel hair coleslaw)
•   1 medium carrot (about 6”) grated fine
•   1/3 cup red cabbage chopped fine
•   2 T minced sweet onion (you can use red for more color)
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add the slaw ingredients mix well and then place in a covered bowl.  Refrigerate at least 3-4 hours, overnight works best.
