Auber probe - blunt end?
« on: February 14, 2015, 04:30:14 PM »
After mounting the permanent probe, I've got a back up box probe.  I was wondering if anyone ever tried it in a piece of meat?

Uh, no...  Never had the need, or inclination, to try it.  Not sure it wouldn't work, though.  Just might be a little tough going in, and won't go very deep! :o
