After the temp probe mishap things turned out better than I expected.  Tonight we re-heated the brisket and served it over some toasted dinner rolls with the homemade BBQ sauce on the side.  It was fantastic!

Thanks for all the help.  This forum helped a lot!

Looks great Judd! What recipe do you use for the sauce? I am still searching for a homemade one I want to keep as my "go to" sauce.

You guys need to try my garlic aioli/bbq sauce.  I listed the recipe down in "All that's delicious".
