Coffee Rib Rub?
« on: January 09, 2015, 05:15:49 PM »
Anyone have a recipe or success story with a coffee rib rub?

Webers weekly email has a recipe, but they call for hourly mop downs.  I’d prefer not to open the SI box for the 5 or 6 hours.

Ground coffee with brown sugar and salt should give off a nice bark, just thinking.

Go to Rubs and search "coffee" or "espresso."  Here's a couple:
