Smoked peppers
« on: December 30, 2014, 07:38:26 PM »
Anyone try to smoke peppers like cayenne or jalapenos (chipotle)?  I don't have a jerky dryer at this time for the #2.  I have a ton of peppers from my garden in the freezer from this year and I wanted to dry some.  Thoughts?

Lots of previous discussions on peppers, Colonel.  Go to the "Appetizers and Side Dishes" section (under recipes) and page through.  You can also do a search on "peppers" - tons of results.  If you don't find what you're looking for, by all means ask the question.  No need to reinvent the wheel when the topic has been covered in many other posts.

Lots of folks smoke peppers, and you're lucky to have so many from the garden - bet they're great!
