!!!Meatloaf and Mac N Cheese!!!
« on: December 05, 2014, 09:28:21 PM »
Another family winner.   SI #2 225 degrees and this took 3 hours to 160 degrees internal!

Store bought beef, sausage, pork mix on sale.   "Jeff" muffin tin recipe.

Mac Cheese was also NON FROZEN store bought, added bread crumb and extra spices to top.

2.5oz wood hickory and each dish yielded leftovers.   Great machine and taste.

This is any easy try for anyone wanting something different.

A+ wonderful flavor!!!!

Nice job!   I tried Jeff's meatloaf minis a while back with nice results as well!   When you get a chance, try Jeff's recipe for mac and cheese...it is a crowd pleaser in my neighborhood.   I brought it to a community picnic back in the summer and it was the first covered dish to be wiped out!   Luckily I tried a spoon full before putting out for the neighbors.
