???Anyone try Beef Hot Dogs???

I didnt see any mention for beef hot dogs on the smokers (store bought).  I'm guessing 220 for 1 1/2 or 2 hours?   Let me know any recipes tried.

Came out with a good snap to the casing?

Knife the top of the dogs before going in?
