Hold times

OK... First smoke underway and I'm so pleased I got the Auber! Looking forward to a fine pork shoulder sometime around 4pm today.
Question - is there a setting that will hold temps indefinitely? Not that I plan on doing that regularly, but there are times I will be on a day trip to a client and may need some flexibility. Right now, I'm just programming steps 3 and 4 to be 99.9 minutes long.
Thanks in advance!

I am officially a dumass...
I assumed the time was in minutes, not hours. Which, when thinking about it, makes absolutely no sense unless you're smoking paper thin meat.
Nothing more to see here - please return to your normal programming...

Ha! Glad I'm not the only one around here!
Welcome to the club, Rick! At least you didn't forget to plug your smoker into the Auber!
