Hot Stuff
« on: July 01, 2014, 08:00:18 PM »
This is the closely guarded family recipe for "Hot Stuff", slightly modified as to not violate a promise to my Grandmother not to reveal it.

4 oz. Coleman's Dry Mustard
3 heaping Tablespoons Horse Radish
1 teaspoon salt.

Mix with about 4 tablespoons of cider vinegar to make a thick paste. Mix this paste into
1 cup of mayonnaise

As the name implies, this is hot but it is also full of flavor. Use it to accent a ham Sandwich. It is also very good for dipping chunks of ring Bologna or summer sausage.

Wow this sounds great, and will probably really clear your sinuses. ;D  Would probably be good with beef, too.
