second rib smoke

second rib smoke  used wood from fruita wood  used 2oz of apple wood with 5oz of apple juice i did the 321 method  ribs turned out great  fall off the bone tender and great taste

Hey Gary, those look great. What was the temperature that you set it at and how long did it take from start to finish.  As well, when you wrapped it, what did you add, brown sugar, honey, butter, etc?

temp was 225    took about 6 1/2 hrs total time     added 5oz of apple juice when i wrapped   unwrapped put a small amount of sauce on ribs   then back in smoker for the last hour   i also have a diy pid
