Another New Yorker

Hi everyone, Ordered the #2 a few days  ago.  Received it this afternoon.. its halfway thru the seasoning  process as I type this.

I'm glad to hear that you are getting after it right away.

Not only did you get a great smoker, you have already found one of the best smoking forums around.
