Hollman's Sauce
« on: January 02, 2014, 08:50:02 AM »
Anybody ever heard of it or tried it?  It's amazing!

http://www.hollmans.com/

The website states they are in Des Moines, but other articles I have found say it's made in Minden Nebraska.  Distribution is pretty limited and very regional (Nebraska and Iowa mainly).

Hollmans Barbeque Sauce is a NIFA blue ribbon winner. The Original Spicy Style contains jalpeno peppers, chili peppers, old style molasses, and mesquite to make a fantastic flavor combination. For the "faint of heart" there is a mild style that uses a milder pepper than the jalapeno. By popular demand and overwhelming approval there is now a new Habanero Hot Style that is absolutely fantastic, and a must for those who consider themselves to be true "fire eaters." Hollmans Barbeque Sauce is a southwestern style that has been simmered to perfection and can be used in many different ways, including ribs, hamburgers, meatloaf, steaks, poultry, baked beans, and your favorite sandwiches.
