Auber ? - How to change settings

I have a solid understanding of how to set/change the cooking program.

How do I change the alarm settings?  I know it's Code 0001 (for controlling temperature and alarm settings).  How do I enter that or get there?

My problem is that sometimes I want to bump this thing to 300 degrees but when I do, alarms go off.

I think it's code 166.

Go to auberins.com find you're model and download the instructions.

They aren't so obvious in some cases and you just simply need to take two minutes and read it to get the hang of their vernacular.
