Title: Now that's Cold Smokin

Loaded ribs in my 2D this morrning.  When I closed the door and started the program, temp read -12!!  Didnt take long to get to setpoint though.  Holding steady!

LOL...yep we had a warm morning ... only 20 degrees

Definitely a different take on cold smoking.  And welcome to the forum!
