Title: smoked prime rib

shout out to DivotMaker and Prime Rib Roast from Dec 22, 2015.  Did this for Christmas and turned out great.  1st run at a cut like this and was delicious.  2nd day was even better as the smoke flavor was awesome.  Thanks for posting it.

That's what we like to hear, Jeff!  Smoked prime rib is 'da bomb'!   Next time, though, share some pics!   ;D

will add pics next time, Steve.  got so focused on chowing down on the prime rib never thought to take any pics...

LOL, been there, done that!   I love to see pics of smoked prime rib, one of my favorite meats to smoke!  Cheers!
