My son's first smoke: 3,2,1 ribs, 2 ounces of hickory with home mixed rub and apricot glaze to finish.  Ambitious?  Here's one proud Mama!

He wants to take my #1 with him back to the university in the Fall.  Sorry, my mini is staying put. ;)
