Four NY strips about to take a 4 hour swim. Temp @ 135. Seasoned with kosher salt and coarsely ground black pepper with a pat of real butter for each steak. Will report back with results later.

Turned out good and tender, very moist and had a great flavor when seared. This was my third use of the anova and was the best yet.
