Dad came through with an early Christmas Gift for the wife and I, an Anova Precision Cooker.  Not sure if it's wifi, but I know it has Bluetooth. Set it up and downloaded the ap last night so it should be ready to go.  Bought some ribeye today and just finished reading RG's write up.  I like the slab of butter in the bags with the steaks.  Anything else I really need to know or is this just season, vacuum, dunk and wait?  Sear for a few minutes when they are done. Thanks!
