I bought this book when I first started making sausage. Theres a wealth of information about herbs and spices along with info on most of the equipment needed to get you going. But I really like that theres over 200 sausage recipes from the author who was a custom sausage maker for many many years.
I've tried five or six of the recipes and I liked every one of them. This book is my go to resource for sausage and jerky making and I refer to it often.
If you're thinking about getting into sausage making then this book should be on your short list of must have books! Highly recommended!

Is that the title, "Sausage And Jerky Maker's Bible"? Who wrote it? I want to start making sausages, and am looking for a reliable book to help guide me in the right direction.

Yes, thats the name of the book. Its written by Eldon Cutlips and its available on Amazon.
