another 4 days chuck roast, this time the roast spent about an hour in the smoker ( @ 135f while smoking jalapeno) well coated with yellow mustard and montreal steak, i use twine to hold the roast together and 4 days in the water bath... finish in the oven @ 500f for 4 mins... this is my best one so far... so tender it was ridiculous :P.... was also first meal in my new steak plates!
