I have the model #2 and I really want a cart. I was looking at Smokin-it's Smoker Cart and the Norman Cabinet.
What I REALLY want would be a cross between the two. I would love a Norman Cabinet that has the fold down shelves that are found on the Smoker Cart.
Is there any way Smokin-it can put the fold down shelves on the Norman Cart. If so, they can call it the Casey Cart and I will be the first to buy one! ;D

The Norman Cabinet is sold by Smokin it. Go to Smokin it's home page and click on "carts". It is there along with the Stainless Steel Smoker Cart. Smokin it sells both carts that I want to combine.

Ha! I posted about the new enclosed cart, but hadn't seen Steve had named it on the site! That's too funny!

I would buy that if it were made. Tony, put a bug in Steve's ear about this, I'm sure he can do it! I have the #3 so the cabinet for it is called the "Stephanie" which is funny since that's my wife's name, lol. Maybe with shelves it can be a Stephanie Deluxe!
Casey has a great idea, you get the best of both worlds this way, concealed storage with shelves for work space. Brilliant idea I think ;) Way to go Casey!!

I have really enjoyed using my "hybrid" cart I put together for my 3D. Plenty of storage, same width and depth as the smoker and a fold down front loading tray which really helps during loading meats. Just a suggestion 😀👍
