Apple and cherry wood smoked pulled pork, bacon, and beans in a zesty/spicy BBQ sauce 250 for three hours. Damn good!!!
12 lbs pork shoulder injected and rubbed. Wrapped for 10 hours and on the smoker for an overnight cherry wood smoke. New Year's Day pulled pork.
Anyone else???
