I created this rub for poultry a few years ago. The secret is no salt since most of us brine poultry.
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp lemon pepper (no salt)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary powder
1/2 tsp orange peel
You can more paprika and lemon pepper up to a Tbsp. Each.
