I am wanting to buy a smoker, called twice no one answers or returns call.
Is smokin it still in business?

Todd, Steve (owner) is pretty much a one man band and occasionally has to travel. His customer service is very good so, try to excuse the minor inconvenience.

I spoke with Steve before I ordered and he encouraged me to process the order online rather than over the phone. So I did that and the smoker was on my door step within 3 days!
I am with Scott...ask any questions here and we can provide helpful answers.

Yep, ordered Sunday, shipped Monday received Fedex ground on Wednesday from Michigan to Texas, super fast ground shipping. I order everything from the website, it's shipped the next day without fail!
