Title: No one answers phone???

I am wanting to buy a smoker, called twice no one answers or returns call.

Is smokin it still in business?

Todd, Steve (owner) is pretty much a one man band and occasionally has to travel.  His customer service is very good so, try to excuse the minor inconvenience.

Sorry about that, Todd.  Steve has been doing a lot of hunting, of late.  There is online ordering available on the site, also.  Text Steve at 260-417-9951.  He'll call you back!

If you don't have any questions...just go on-line and get yours...that is what I did and that smoker came quick  8)

You can always run some questions by us if you have some to help you with your buying decision  :) :)

I spoke with Steve before I ordered and he encouraged me to process the order online rather than over the phone.  So I did that and the smoker was on my door step within 3 days!

I am with Scott...ask any questions here and we can provide helpful answers.

Yep, ordered Sunday, shipped Monday received Fedex ground on Wednesday from Michigan to Texas, super fast ground shipping.  I order everything from the website, it's shipped the next day without fail!
