I had shrimp left over from the other nights smoke, so I decided to have Fajitas for dinner.
Shrimp lightly coated in Chef Paul's Fajita Magic and then heated over high heat, Spanish Rice and Refried Black Beans!

Tony thanks for the complement, but that is one hat I have never worn. My background is electronics and computers, these days I am a V.P. of Sales for a Tech company that works with broadcast.
