Want to try a bone in turkey breast so here's the question.The one I found says minimally enhanced with a 18% solution of water salt etc,so do I need to brine or just rub it down and put in smoker?Thanks in advance.

Rub it and smoke it. I brined an injected breast once, and it was way too salty. They have essentially injected it with a brine, so try it as-is. Give it a good olive oil coat and rub. Brining is fantastic, if used on a bird that has not been "technically altered!"
