Put this on your Pastrami sandwiches, also excellent on pork, and chicken.

1 Cup Mayonnaise (Homemade is best consult foodnetwork.com to learn how, its easy)
1 tbl. of prepared Horseradish squeezed dry
1/4 cup chili sauce (we use a family recipe bell pepper, tomato onion chutney)
1 tbl.  minced onion
1 tea. Worcestershire sauce
Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

*We often crush 1 med garlic clove to a paste and add it, especially for a corned beef or pastrami sandwich.

This can be used as a sandwich spread or served with smoked meat as a type of dipping sauce. You could put together a tray with some crusty bread, a selection of cheeses and smoked meats. Then add a container of Russian Dressing and some spicy whole grain mustard and you look like a culinary genius.

* If you live in the south and can get Blue Plate Mayonnaise, there is no need to make your own, it is nearly perfect.
