Title: Wrapped & stuffed baby poblano peppers
Post by: Walt on August 06, 2014, 05:34:11 PM
Started with 6 oz cream cheese & an equal part shredded chipolte cheddar & added about a tbs of my favorite rub.  Stuffed the peppers & then wrapped with bacon.  Will have with some left over vac sealed ribs from a few weeks ago.

Must be nice, to have stores that carry good stuff like those, looks great, how are those in heat compared to jalapenas?

They are quite a bit milder in heat but still pack plenty flavor.  I enjoy the heat quite a bit more than my girls.  They prefer these, by far.

Got these from the farmers market.

Looking good, I love stuffed peppers. Hot or sweet...
