Hello everyone at the Smokin-It forum! I'm from Ancaster, Ontario, Canada, and I'm brand new to the electric smoker scene. While I've been grilling with my Kamado Big Joe III for over 5 years, I'm excited to dive into the world of electric smoking and learn from all of you seasoned pros. Looking forward to gaining valuable insights and sharing experiences with this wonderful community!I just ordered my Pro 3.5DW-Digital WiFi today and I can?t wait to get it home and set it up.
