Hello from Texas
« on: June 15, 2019, 06:09:36 PM »
Received #2D a couple weeks ago. Just seasoned today. Plans are to brine a Boston butt. Thanks for all the advice I’ve read on the forum.

LarryD,

We are in Valley View, just north of Ray Roberts lake. Live out in the country on some acreage. Been wanting to get a Smokin-it smoker for a couple of years and just didn’t get around to it until now. Don’t know very much about the process, so I’ve been reading info on the forum.
Thanks for the welcome everyone

Emmitt
