Recipe was basic.  1 pound 90/10 grn beef
1 pound pork sausage (breakfast kind..or whatever)
1 onion, 2 eggs, bunch of blue cheese, and about a Tbl of rub, few shots of Worstechier, a couple     more of tabasco sauce, and a cup of oatmeal. (bread crumbs work too).   Mixed it all up....then divided the meat in halfs..."Rolled" into a tube like shape the length of the bacon weave....then rolled it up in the bacon weave.   Cooked it on 250 until IT of 165.  I think it took about about three hours...

First time doing a weave.  It was very easy.  Plenty of examples on you tube.   One note...I did use thick sliced bacon.  Probably easier to do a weave with it...But the bacon was not cooked well on the inside part.  However, it was interesting texture as the outside was crispy and inside was soft....
