 Getting some ribs ready for tomorrow .

 My own variation of Memphis dust. I've been using it for at least two years now the family seems to really enjoy it.

 I use the old version with the salt , I also add cumin, coriander. cinnamon and cayenne.

Hey Andre, maybe you could post your recipe in the rub section so others could enjoy it. As it looks really good but some measurements would be nice.

Gotta love baby backs.

Cinnamon is something I've never put on BBQ before.
But it's perfect with brown sugar.
I like it combined with heat too (cayenne).
I need to try that.

 Ribs are done they were not the best I've made but still very good.
