My name is Martin and I'm from Connecticut  New Haven  county . Just order SI 3 analog  , and waiting impatiently to try this new toy .
Im making sausages from 10 years , mostly polish because Im Polish  :D . Now its time  to move on and go dip into low and slow BBQ world , of course ill be still making some sausages and now they going to be finished in smoker  :) Usually I poached , because my DIY smoker had hard time to got higher temps .
Im glad to join and look forward to reading and learn how to make delicious  ribs , briskets , pork butts , poultry and of course sausages .

Welcome Martin from SE AZ.  I gave my brother a SI3 analog for Christmas 2012. Due to health he passed it on to his daughter and son-in-law. It is still going strong. Enjoy!
