Hey from NY

This 2d is my first electric smoker.I've  always been old school  offset  stick burner!
I'm  impressed I  did first smoke last weekend ,pork butt out side temp 18 degrees box held 220 steady 15 hrs 10 lb butt!Most impressive to me 8 oz of wood !

Welcome Steve from SE Arizona. I have a fondness for the the old offset myself. But no fondness for having to feed fuel. And I have never regretted going electric. The smokers from SI are beasts and produce super food.

Welcome from Georgia! You will find yourself smoking more often with the SI.
David from Roswell,GA. My tools currently include the SI #2 with an Auber, Grill Dome, Solaire 27", Holland Grill (Companion) & Weber (Smokey Joe). The Companion & SJ are primarily used for tailgating.
