BBQ is the Pinnacle

My mother-in-law, was waxing eloquently about what form of human expression may be the highest form of artistry. After she spoke for a while, I stated "Texas BBQ is the highest form of human artist expression."

She looked at me like I was crazy. I looked back with pity.

LOL .... I'm sure there are a million different responses to the question of "highest form of artistry", but I do like yours TX in VA!
