Busy week coming up

Going to Vancouver to pick up Gran kids at Ferry and 12 year old Gran son wants to smoke every second day  or more, Costco here we come on the way home.  I am sure we will both have fun and learn lots.  Wife thinks no cooking for her all next week. ;) ;)

Thanks, he has said that smoked Salmon, Jerky and Ribs. he wants to do first.
